1. Stick to your usual size

Our T-shirts fit true to size.

• If you usually wear S, go with S.

• Same for M, L, XL, and XXL.

In 95% of cases, your regular size will be the right one. No need to overthink it.

But note that:

• If you live in the US, you may want to choose one size up.
• If you live in Asia, you may want to choose one size down.

2. Use our height/weight chart

You can use this visual guide to find your size based on your height (cm) and weight (kg).

If you’re between two zones, we recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.

3. Measure your favourite T-shirt or polo shirt

Maybe the safest method: compare with a T-shirt you already like.

1. Pick a cotton T-shirt that fits you well
2. Lay it flat on a table
3. Measure the width (armpit to armpit) and length (shoulder to hem)
4. Check those numbers against our chart

Tip: Measure edge to edge with the fabric flat and smooth. No stretching.
